We've upgraded the bed to a bunk bed with a queen sized bed on the bottom and a full size bed on top so 4 guests can sleep comfortably. (New picture coming soon!)

We also have extra pop-up tents and cots if you want to bring more guests and spread out - just let us know!

Your accommodations include a spacious canvas tent with screens on a raised platform with deck. 

Keep warm with a wood stove right in the tent. We supply the wood and fire starters. (This is wonderful to have on cold mornings.  You won't need it at night unless it's early spring or late fall as the stove makes it "tropical hot" in the tent)​

A portable power station is included in the tent. The power station runs standard 120 volt electricity and USB power. The power station doesn't make any noise. If you have any electrical devices that you must have (a CPAP machine is pictured here as an example and not included) then you have no worries!

Enjoy privacy in a clean, nice smelling bathroom with an environmentally friendly flush toilet​

We supply toilet paper, wet wipes, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.

Enjoy a hot shower outside in the private, enclosed comfort station with a propane hot water heater that includes 100 gallons of water.

We supply soap, shampoo, and towels

There is a sink with 100 gallons of running water in the same stall as the shower.

You get shampoo, body wash and dish soap, stainless steel cleaning pad and sponge.  

You also get a 5-gallon Igloo water jug (empty for you to fill) and two wash basins on the shelf. 

The picnic area features a propane grill, fire pit, dry-foods storage locker, cold food storage locker, an extra beverage cooler, garbage cans, and a garbage locker.

The area also features a covered by a 10' x 13' gazebo so you can avoid bugs and stay out of the rain.

You get a picnic table with two benches, and a side storage table.

This is located inside a screened in gazebo so you can enjoy yourself outside in rain or shine and stay away from any pesky bugs.

The side table cabinet is filled with cooking utensils and cookware, paper cups and plates, drip coffee maker, creamers, sugar, coffee and tea, napkins, plastic eating utensils, and tissues.

We also include a case of drinking water.

We provide a few extras that allow you to catch crayfish and small fish that you can use for bait.  Go fishing in Lake Otsego less than 10 minutes away!
